Our expectation is that this candidate should be an analytical thinker, with moderate to significant drafting experience. Prior experience with insurance-linked securities is not expected, as the ideal candidate will be someone smart, focused and curious to learn. This person’s role would include being the primary draftsperson of offering documents and related agreements and overseeing junior associates’ assistance with the transaction. The role will involve significant client and investment banker interaction.
