Structured Finance Associate

Willkie's Structured Finance Group is seeking a senior-level associate (class of 2012 to 2018) with experience working on structured finance and capital markets transactions. The candidate will join a team with significant deal flow on a wide variety of securitizations, including credit cards, auto loans, unsecured consumer line of credit, music royalty, art loans and whole business securitizations. Our expectation is that this candidate should be an analytical thinker, with significant drafting experience and the ability to be the lead associate on matters. This person’s role would include being the primary draftsperson of offering documents and related agreements and overseeing junior associates’ assistance with the transaction. The role will involve significant client and investment banker interaction. Job Salary (295K - 415K)
